curry flurry

with winter
right around the
corner, i decided
to make a squash
curry.

base of spaghetti squash

yes, i know
this sounds unorthodox,
but trust me,
it will blow
your mind.

i didn't go
off a recipe,
i just winged it.

turns out,
the butternut squash
& the spaghetti squash
taste wonderful
in a curry.

eight pears out of five.

generous sampling
of their new
product line.

since we are
celebrating labor day
early, i decided to
incorporate the strips
into dinner.

a base if butternut squash
and brocolli commenced...

followed by the strips!

they have this wonderful
latin taste to them. almost
smoky and a bit spicy.
