with winter
right around the
corner, i decided
to make a squash
curry.

yes, i know
this sounds unorthodox,
but trust me,
it will blow
your mind.

i didn't go
off a recipe,
i just winged it.

turns out,
the butternut squash
& the spaghetti squash
taste wonderful
in a curry.
