i had a
craving for some
fresh veggies
and protein,
so i made
grilled chicken
breast and a salad
for dinner.
marinated in
olive oil and minced
garlic, the chicken
breast was nice
and juicy.
on the side,
was a salad made
of chopped kale,
mozzarella pearls,
tomato, bell pepper
and chili powder.
i never knew that
chili powder
and tomato make
a power couple!
the leftover chicken
will be shredded and used
for the next blog post.
