after having
their southwestern counterpart,
i was anxious
to try these
plain strips.
they were
perfect in texture
and were not
dry.
these make a perfect
addition to
a flavorful dish or
sandwich as
a great source of protein.
i made a
sandwich
with homemade pico de gallo
and of course,
yellow mustard.
five pears out of five.
