sweet sourdough

another
bread
laden meal!

 it did
indeed taste
like sourdough,
just imagine
sourdough
sprouted
and nutty
tasting.

for lunch,
i made a
sandwich
with the
sourdough
manna bread.

i didn't
even put
mustard ( i
know!) because
i wanted to
really
taste
the bread.

speckled with
oat and rice,
this bread was great.
again, it
was dense
and filling
and made
a perfect
antithesis
to the cool
weather.
