I began this blog as a way to document my experience with food.
Growing up, my fondest memories were in the kitchen.
Whether it was just cracking eggs into the Kitchen Aid Mixer or the bestowed honour of stirring the pot, cooking invigorated me.
A few years ago, I decided to limit my consumption of beef and pork.
Since my mind was no longer eight years old and could finally see the connection between the beef in my bowl and the calves in the grass, I felt for the second time in my life invigorated.
Personally, I feel food is more than just sustenance, I believe it's a universal language.
