the supermarket
the other day,
i saw a huge
pile of fresh
potatoes.
i've never considered
myself a potato
person, but for
some reason
they looked
provocative.
immediately
after walking home,
i turned the oven
on to bake these
puppies!
while the oven was
pre-heating, i
cooked
some salmon
and shredded it.
i topped my
potato with plain greek
yogurt, green onions, pepper,
pico de gallo, and
shredded salmon.
