egged on

i have been

using my panini

press alot lately,

and today i made

a vegetarian friendly sandwich!

started off by

pressing the bread

for extra crispiness

while that was

toasting,

i cracked a egg

in a mini

pan and covered it.

once the bread was

done, i smeared

some mustard

on both sides,  placed

two strips of 

tofu and the egg

on top on that.

the yolk leaked out making

it extremely messy, but

it was worth it!

shredded chicken sammie

with the leftovers

from last night,

i made a simple

chicken sandwich

for lunch.

toasted whole wheat bread

with mustard and tabasco.

i love simple

ingredients, especially

in sandwiches.

when there's too

much going on,

i find it hard to

appreciate the

key flavors.
