besides mustard,
peanut butter is
one of my favorite
condiments.

personally, i thought
this bar was amazing.
it tastes like
a organic, healthy smores
chewy bar,
just without the
chocolate.

gnu raisin

with a day
full of errand
running ahead
of me, i nabbed
a gnu bar
to quell future
stomach growls.

around noon,
i felt them so
i pulled out the
ammunition.

the flavor
was gnu raisin,
and boy was
it fantastic.
the texture was the
same as the other ones,
but the flavor was
amazing.

full of plump
raisins, it reminded
me irish soda bread.

gnu banana walnut

because
my favorite
fruit are bananas,
you can only
imagine the strength
of my smile
when i saw this
flavor in the box.

it seems that
the crunchy texture
is a trademark of
gnu bars.

who ever
their flavor concoctor
is, my hat is
off to them!
this bar tasted
exactly like banana
nut loaf!

gnu expresso chip

to start with,
i'm not a fan of
coffee, but i'll give
anything edible
a try.

the expresso
flavor was
spot on!

any coffee lover
will LOVE this bar, as it
has the smoky essence
of ground coffee beans.

gnu foods
sent a box
of their fiber-filled
bars for me
to review.

i wanted
a refreshing taste
for the hot afternoon,
so i went with
the lemon ginger
flavor.

the bar has
an oddly addictive
crunchy texture
to it, while
the lemon and ginger send
blasts of flavor
to your taste
buds.

to me,
it taste just
like lemon poppyseed
cake!
