pecans & pears..

make the
most gratifying
taste ever.

made a pear
and pecan cake
to serve christmas
guest and wound
up having to make
two because i
basically
ate the first.

the graininess
of the pears with the
nutty pecans melt
in your mouth.

recipe is here.

hummus & chicken on ciabatta

it's rainy
again, so
i'm going to
cuddle
up and watch
some movies!

ciabatta has become
a staple in my
pantry.

organic chicken
and organic hummus
make a deliciously
creamy combo.

crispy bread?
yes!

merry christmas eve everyone!

chicken & ciabatta

the weather
has been very
moody lately.

going from
30 degree weather
to 75 degree sunny
afternoons.
the one thing
that has remained
constant is my
panini obsession.

chicken, a sunny side
egg and grilled ciabatta
are fantastic together!

cranberry crunch & goji crunch

the cranberry
raw crunch
bar was
delish.

the pungent
tang of cranberries
added
a interesting
kick to an already
interesting
texture.

although i
enjoyed the
cranberry,
i adored the goji.

the identical,
but the goji
is so much
more palette
complete.

manna resurfaces!

wanted to
take a break
from ciabatta
and luckily i remembered
by stash of manna
bread in the
freezer!
chicken and
provolone
bedded down
between two
slices of sourdough.

can anyone
say delicious?
i most
definitely
can.
if you have
yet to try manna
breads, you
are so missing
out.

blueberry crunch

i want to
marry the
creators
of this bar.

seriously,
the tastiest
thing that
has ever graced
my mouth.

full of crunch
and different
textures, this
bar was delicious.
so alluring.

chocolate crunch

rawcrunch
sent a varietal
box of their
bars.

i am in
awe.

these bars are
incredibly
perfect!

the texture
is crunchy enough
to keep you interested,
but not so that
you get tired eating
it.

the chocolate
rolled into your
mouth and was
not overpowering.

original beanitos

as a reformed mexican
food eater, i really
liked these chips.
they aren't
too beany, but they
do not have the
the corn taste, which
is a fantastic and welcome
change.

they're not too salty,
so sodium watchers
rejoice!
available in
a variety of flavors!

barbecue potato popchips

while i don't
eat pork or beef,
barbecue is one
of my favorite snack
flavors.
i believe
it's the perfect
combination
of sweet and spicy.
and these chips
only confirm
that.
the crunchy
texture combined
with the
amazing flavor
makes this snack
a ten.
make sure
to put these
on your next
grocery list!

vanilla caramel granola

i <3 this stuff.
seriously,
it tastes amazing
and it is healthy!
totally
dig the vanilla wafers-esque
flavor and the dense
texture.

nonuttin does not
mess around.

original popchip

as mentioned
in my other
popchip post,
i love pringles.
this flavor
was spot-on in
the overall texture,
salt, and crunch
of a pringle.
it was
a perfect break
from all
of the other
flavors.

thankful leftovers

even though
we didn't eat
turkey
this, the
amount
of leftovers
was still
the same.

i LOVE
leftovers.
something
about having
a variety
of already
cooked food
makes meals
fun.

maybe because
it requires
a simple
reheating
method?

organic
brown rice
with firepit
grilled chicken
breast and
garden
peppers.

doused in
salsa!

sour cream and onion popchips

growing
up in a
household with
three guys,
alot of food
was consumed.
one of the
most coveted
products was
pringles.
popchips are
a better version
of pringles.
the flavor
especially shows
the similarities
between them.

sour cream and
onion is my personal
favorite, and the
flavor of these
were spot-on.
