enjoy life chocolate chips

a while back,
enjoylife! sent
a box of goods.

i finally
got around to
using the gluten-free
chocolate chips a few weekends ago.

anyone with boys
in their family
know that they
love food.
so in lieu
of seeing some
family, i baked
chocolate chip cookies.

the chips were sinfully
sweet and sneakily
healthy!

needless to say
that they were all
gone in less
than three hours
with affirmations
of 'these are the best
cookies i've ever had'

five pears out of five.

crunchy cookies part I

perched on my
porch was a second
shipment from
Enjoylife.

this one containing
four 6.3 ounce
crunchy cookie
boxes!

these delectable
creations are
new in the
product line.

today, i tried
the vanilla honey graham

and the chocolate chip.

the V.H.G reminded
me of teddy grahams
with it's compact consistency
and signature honey taste.

on the other plate,
the chocolate chip
blew me out of the water.
it was firm but not hard and
ratio between chocolate chip
and dough was perfect!

overall, i give
the vanilla honey graham 2.5 and
the chocolate chip 3.5 on the taste bud
scale!
