raw times two

today was one

of those crazy

errand-running 

days, so i plopped

two rawrev bars

in my purse

to ward away

any afternoon

hunger.

around two

pm, my stomach

was growling

so i tore

into the hazelnut&chocolate

and the cashew&agave nectar.

the hazelnuts really

stood out in the bar,

along with the

signature "green"

chocolate taste.
a fan of nutella
will enjoy this
healthier version.

as for the cashew&agave,

the smell is a little odd,

but the bar was heaven.

the natural oils from the cashews

were perfect contrast with

the sweeet tinge from the

nectar.

the chocolate/hazelnut rates a two on the taste bud scale.

the cashew/agave rates a five on the taste bud scale.

my stomach!

today i tried
the chocolate&coconut
flavor.

i enjoyed this one
alot more than
the chocolate&cashew.

it tasted like
a "green", healthy
almond joy

it even had
lil shreds of
tasty coconut
in it!
mhmmm!

rates a two point five on the taste bud scale.

yes, food should taste good!

last night
i answered a knock
from the UPS man,
delivering my VERY FIRST FOOD BLOGGER SAMPLES!!!

(eeeeek!)

 Food Should Taste Good kindly sent the samples
and i immediately ripped into it and
discovered five 5.5 ounce bags.

the flavors are chocolate, jalapeno, white cheddar, multigrain (i was already a HUGE fan) and sweet potato.

today, i decided to
try the chocolate.

the chip itself is a
richa mocha brown color
and tastes like a tortilla chip
with a lovely bite of chocolate.

i really dug them because they
weren't too sweet, but also
weren't salty.

three out of five taste buds!
