in order to
acquire
all of my
vegetable servings,
i've made soup.
carrots, onion,
celery, and
cauliflower melded
together to create
this bright orange sustenance.
for even more
veggie power,
i ladled
it atop a bed
of organic baby
spinach.
the flavor
was mildly
smoky from
the pre-roasted cauliflower
and very sweet due
to the carrots.
added some fire-roasted
chicken breast for some
protein!
three out of five pears.
