griddle cheese

my latest
obssession
is pepper jack cheese.

and while
last month's
obssession
was my panini
press, i thought,
"why not combine
the two?"

so the griddled
cheese was born.

it was perfect.
the cheese oozed
out from
beneath the
bread, and
heat from the cheese
made the inside hot
but kept the
outside of the
bread crispy.

five pears out of five.
