a great day!
i finally found
a store
that carries udi's products,
so i went a nabbed
a loaf of their bread.
i was surprised
at the size of the
loaf! it was small compared
to other breads.
upon seeing the size,
i knew immediately
that the bread would
make excellent toast
points.
i poached some
eggs and used the
bread to dip
and accompany the
eggs.
i will most likely
be buying this bread again,
the taste was amazing, very dense
and filling with a hint of olive.
five pears out of five.
