this pinkish
chip has the
"after-heat"
of a smoky poblano.
since i'm a
pepper belly,
these chips were my favorite!
devoured with
cottage cheese
and shrimp!

My grandmother's avocado hot sauce. It is pureed and super hot and super cool at the same time. It would go perfect with these chips!
